Suppose you want to do some construction. what will you do? definitely you wake up early in the morning, then go to a place where raj mazdoor mistri are standing. you will go there talk some of those and then get those to home for your work.
Definitely its headache for you otherwise you will be in problem. So the solution of this problem is that if you need raj mazdoor or mistri labour in Lahore Karachi Islamabad (Cities of Islamic Republic of Pakistan), you just visit this blog and see the names and phone numbers of Raj, Mazdoor or mistri who are residents of Lahore Karachi and Islamabad in Pakistan, Call them at any time and get them for work. Its as easy for you as 123.
The list of Raj mazdoor mistri labour is comming soon but before that i want your comments about this idea. because for this i have to visit and meet these people and collect information and make labour yellow pages for you ease.
I think it would be great if people can find labour names and phones without going out from their homes.

When we go to the physical place, we are discussing with the labour which is available for work, but in case of directory, most/some of them would already be working anywhere, in that case we will have to try many mobile numbers or they may not wanna lose a client and will be saying us k "kal aa jaon ga..."

ReplyDeleteno doubt the idea is really great, but i think the problem is that how the people get to know site, blog or the page that contains list of contacts to Raj, Mazdoor or mistri, may be we need some of advertisement or some think like that so that people get aware about this contact list
ReplyDeletewell, it looks nice, but what about the experties and skill of the person you are trying to hire, may not matter for mzdoors but for mistris i mean rajs.. its important to know the skill levels and some fabricated work like tiling and floor laying is also a technical one . usually people see some ones working sample in a close area especially in less populated areas which are under development and then choose them.. secondly realiablity needs to be there.. for big projects like turn key basis home.. i think a complete team of specialists will be preferred ranging from digger to raj mazdoor till electrition, plumber etc.. one more thing to consider, the labour rates usully also need to be negotiated.. so to avoid such things if you are planning to do such a mateculus work.. you might mention their working rates as well... to check the expertise of some one i suggest that there must be some system of points gained by each worker on the recommendations of their hirers.. which could rate them and make them precious bease on the work...any ways good idea.. gud luck... any software engineer interested in establishing a druginformation site.. we may share some ideas.. may be zaheer as well as we are brothers and have done something in past as well... how are you shah jeee... ab to aise he mulaqat ho gi...Regards Syed Muneeb Anjum

ReplyDeleteOne thing more now a days in Pakistan its habitual to take more than 1 SIM, so its also requires someone who will update phone directory as well.
I think so the idea will not work as you have add Mazdoors yourself. If some Mazdoors are added.
